Eagle-Vail Addition

A local couple who liked their neighborhood and location, but needed more room, decided to expanded their Eagle-Vail duplex. The west side addition included a two car garage and sitting room with a master suite above. The driveway was relocated to meet the new garage location. A dining room off of the kitchen, as well as a lower bedroom and wine room was added at the north side of the home. This 2,150 square foot addition doubled the size of the existing home, allowing space for a growing family.
